- Your name, gender, age, mobile number, email and photo, to make your delegate ID card and to contact you.नाम, लिंग, आयु, मोबाइल, ईमेल एवं फोटो – प्रतिनिधि पहचान पत्र एवं संपर्क हेतु।
- Your identity proof, to verify delegates: only the last 4 digits of Aadhaar or your Bar Council enrolment number, with a copy of that ID.पहचान प्रमाण: आधार के केवल अंतिम 4 अंक या बार काउंसिल नामांकन संख्या, एवं चयनित पहचान की प्रति – प्रतिनिधियों के सत्यापन हेतु।
- Your Prant, unit and role, so that your Prant can verify and approve you.प्रांत, इकाई एवं दायित्व – ताकि आपका प्रांत सत्यापन एवं स्वीकृति कर सके।
- Your travel details and pickup needs, to arrange transport in Delhi.यात्रा विवरण एवं पिकअप आवश्यकता – दिल्ली में परिवहन व्यवस्था हेतु।
- Any allergies or medical conditions and an emergency contact, for your safety at the event.एलर्जी / चिकित्सा स्थिति एवं आपातकालीन संपर्क – कार्यक्रम में आपकी सुरक्षा हेतु।
- Your UPI transaction ID and payment screenshot, to confirm the ₹1,000 fee.UPI लेनदेन संख्या एवं भुगतान स्क्रीनशॉट – ₹1,000 शुल्क की पुष्टि हेतु।
Who can see itयह जानकारी कौन देख सकता है
Only the North Zone coordination team, the Delhi Prant organising team, and the State Coordinator / Mahamantri of your own Prant (who see only their own Prant's delegates). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.केवल उत्तर क्षेत्र समन्वय टीम, दिल्ली प्रांत आयोजन टीम, तथा आपके प्रांत के संयोजक / महामंत्री (जो केवल अपने प्रांत के प्रतिनिधि देख सकते हैं)। हम आपकी जानकारी किसी अन्य को न बेचते हैं, न साझा करते हैं।
Where it is storedयह कहाँ संग्रहीत है
The registration form is run on Jotform and the delegate lists are kept in access-restricted Google Sheets protected by two-step login. Confirmation emails are sent from the coordination Gmail account.पंजीकरण फ़ॉर्म Jotform पर है तथा प्रतिनिधि सूचियाँ सीमित पहुँच वाली Google Sheets में रखी जाती हैं, जो दो-चरणीय लॉगिन से सुरक्षित हैं। पुष्टि ईमेल समन्वय Gmail खाते से भेजे जाते हैं।
How long we keep itहम इसे कब तक रखते हैं
ID proof copies, payment screenshots, medical and travel details are deleted within 60 days after the Adhiveshan. A basic attendance list (name, Prant, Delegate ID) may be kept for the Parishad's records.पहचान प्रमाण की प्रतियाँ, भुगतान स्क्रीनशॉट, चिकित्सा एवं यात्रा विवरण अधिवेशन के 60 दिनों के भीतर हटा दिए जाएँगे। परिषद के अभिलेख हेतु मूल उपस्थिति सूची (नाम, प्रांत, प्रतिनिधि संख्या) रखी जा सकती है।
